Cleaning sponges made of flexible polyurethane foam ease everyday household tasks. The excellent absorption of flexible polyurethane foam is the fundamental reason for its use in the production of cleaning sponges. Such sponges retain liquid and cleaning agents. The possibility of designing and combining with other materials (abrasive materials or textile) makes polyurethane foam the most useful material in producing cleaning sponges.

THE PRODUCTS

Household cleaning sponges are made of two or three layers of composite materials, such as: the foam and abrasive with two-component material, or foam, abrasive and cloth with three-component material.

The combination of different types of foam with abrasive materials and fabric, enables cleaning on different surfaces.

Sponges with black or green abrasive material are ideal for efficiently cleaning stubborn and dried, dirt and grime, on non-sensitive surfaces. Their aggressiveness ensures quick and thorough cleaning. Their characteristic design makes for easier use and helps to protect your hands.

Sponges with white or blue abrasive material are ideal for cleaning sensitive surfaces (inox, teflon, …). Their softness and tenderness provide scratch free cleaning, without damaging the surface.

Sponges made of special flexible polyurethane foam (imitation sea sponge) are ideal for washing cars and other washable surfaces, or for personal hygiene.

PRODUCTION

The sponges are cut using state-of-the-art automated lines capable of cutting foam, abrasive materials and fabric to different shapes and sizes. Modern technology makes it possible to print on the foam. We use high quality print, with high intensity.

PACKAGING

We offer our customers various types of packaging materials, being: in cardboard boxes, PP foil or cardboard trays. At the end of the production process, they are packed either into a cardboard box or in heat shrink wrapping.

Cleaning sponges for household use are environment and health friendly products (recyclable).

KITCHEN USE

There probably isn’t a housewife in the world that does not know and use cleaning sponges to clean the dishes or the kitchen itself. Sponges of various shapes and sizes are very practical, while the special ergonomic design makes cleaning easier by providing better accessibility and more efficient cleaning. Cleaning sponges can be used in kitchens on surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, glass...) or any kitchen aid or appliance like cookers, ovens, refrigerators, kitchen sinks and so on.
USE IN VEHICLE AND VESSELS

Cleaning cars requires care. Sponges are welcome, but you abrasive should not be used for cleaning the cars’ exterior. While the cars’ interior can be washed with appropriate cleaning agents and a sponge. Vessels also require proper care. Salt, dust and other dirt building up can be efficiently removed with the help of cleaning sponges, water and cleaning gents. In the vicinity of running water or the sea, chemical agents should only be used in moderation – to help maintain a healthy and clean environment.

When cleaning the bathroom or other tiled surfaces, cleaning sponges are our indispensible friend.
